Return Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer purchasing from Trexalonquezlal through a distance contract (online), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler, 2005:59) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be returned within 14 calendar days of the date you received it
• Be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging
• Not have been used or had the seal broken
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened dietary supplement products unless they are defective or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

3. How to Return an Item

1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt. Contact our team by email at team-@trexalonquezlal.world or by phone at +46107412723, clearly stating your name, order reference, and intention to withdraw.
2. Pack the item securely. Return the product in its original packaging. We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless the product is faulty or not as described.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to an alternative arrangement.

We reserve the right to deduct the cost of any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within a reasonable time of discovery. Under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260), you have a right to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for non-conforming goods for up to three years from purchase.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used dietary supplement products (for hygiene reasons)
• Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period without a valid defect claim
